The Moncucco Moscato d'Asti DOCG from Fontanafredda sparkles straw yellow with a golden shimmer in the glass. The multi-layered bouquet caresses the nose with intense aromas of pears, white peach, honey and orange blossom. These notes are rounded off by subtle nuances of sage and lemon.
This white wine is dense on the palate and has a wonderful balance of freshness and fruitiness.
Vinification for the Moncucco Moscato d'Asti
After being harvested by hand, some of the grapes were pressed immediately, while the others were destemmed and underwent a short maceration. The grapes were then gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
