This elegant sparkling wine from Germany is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay, limestone and loess. Following the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and gently pressed. Then the fermentation of the base wines takes place. After the cuvée has been put together, further aging follows on the basis of classic bottle fermentation. Subsequently, the Emil Bauer No Sex Pinot Noir Rose sparkling wine matures for 14 months on the full yeast.
