The Luna Argenta Primitivo Puglia is a first-class red wine in a glass. It presents a wonderfully bright, ruby red color. In the glass, this red wine from Luna Argenta reveals aromas of mulberries, blueberries, blackberries and blackcurrants, complemented by vanilla, dark chocolate and gingerbread spice. The elegant Luna Argenta Primitivo Puglia shows us an incredibly fruity taste on the palate, which is of course due to its residual sweet profile. On the palate, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly velvety texture. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, Primitivo Puglia is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the Luna Argenta Primitivo Puglia
The basis for the balanced Primitivo Puglia from Apulia are grapes from the Primitivo grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off. Once the wine is finished, the Primitivo Puglia is carefully harmonized.
