Vinification of the Adelseck Riesling Alte Reben
This balanced white wine from Germany is vinified from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Nahe. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of volcanic rock. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Riesling Alte Reben can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
