The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and marl. Of course, the Siebeneich Merlot Riserva Alto Adige is also determined by climate and viticultural style Alto Adige /South Tyrol DOC. This Italian can literally be described as an Old World wine that presents itself in an exceptionally impressive manner. The fact that the Merlot grapes thrive under the influence of a rather cool climate also has an influence on the ripeness of the grapes that cannot be dismissed.
