The Lady Pinot Grigio from Ferro 13 is a wonderful, single-varietal white wine with a bright light yellow color and sparkling reflections in the glass.
The bouquet reveals expressive notes of ripe apples and pears. There are also hints of juicy peach and quince. The palate is also pampered by the aromas on the nose and impresses with its structure and unique style.
Vinification of the Ferro 13 The Lady Pinot Grigio
The grapes come from the eastern hills of Veneto and are harvested at the end of August. The grapes are then cold macerated for a total of 7 days. After the grapes have been pressed, this Italian white wine is aged on the lees for 3 months (sur lie ageing), with continuous stirring of the lees (batonnage).
