This well-balanced white wine from Italy is organically vinified from the Vernaccia grape variety. After being hand-picked, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off.
