This special Montepulciano presents itself in the glass as an intense ruby red and flatters the nose with pronounced aromas of plums and cherry jam. The bouquet of this wine is underscored by notes of tobacco and a delicate spiciness.

On the palate, the Dieci Vendemmie from Ulisse appears as a wonderfully robust red wine that glides over the tongue softly and seductively. Its fine tannins and noble extract sweetness make it incredibly smooth. The finish is marked by aromas of cocoa, coffee and vanilla.

Winemaking of the Tenuta Ulisse Dieci Vendemmie

This red wine is a cuvée of wines from 10 different vintages. Part of the grapes for this wine were harvested slightly overripe. This was followed by a 15-20 day maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. Part of the Dieci Vendemmie was aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
