The Benuara Terres Siciliane IGT from Cusumano has a dark ruby hue in the glass, unfolding its multi-layered bouquet, characterized by intense fruit aromas of cherries and red berries. On the palate, this red wine cuvée shines with tension, substance and richness, full-bodied and intense. This red wine from Sicily is powerful and full of finesse.

Vinification of the Benuara Terre Siciliane IGT from Cusumano

This cuvée is made from the Nero d'Avola (70%) and Syrah (30%) grape varieties. After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and fermented for two days at 7°Celsius, fermentation takes place at 26°-28°Celsius with frequent circulation and removal of the must. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with subsequent fining in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels.
