In the glass, this red wine from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett offers aromas of sour cherries and elderflower, complemented by black cherries. Vinification of the Bergdolt-Reif & Nett Biking Leib & Seele Red Wine Cuvée

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Cuvée Biking Leib & Seele Red Wine Cuvée by Bergdolt-Reif & Nett consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Dornfelder, Lagrein, and Merlot grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Pfalz. The vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and loess. After harvesting, the grapes are promptly taken to the winery. Here, they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for a few months before the wine is finally bottled.
