Vinification of the Irgendwas Mit L Red Wine Cuvée off-dry by Bergdolt-Reif & Nett

The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Irgendwas Mit L Red Wine Cuvée off-dry by Bergdolt-Reif & Nett is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Dornfelder, and Merlot grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Pfalz. The vines dig their roots deep into clay and loess soils here. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the press house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
