In the Pfalz, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow in soils composed of clay and loess. After the grape harvest, the wine grapes are promptly taken to the winery. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Subsequently, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
