The Brezza Umbria Rosato IGT - Fattoria del Pometo from Lungarotti shines a fine salmon pink in the glass. A fresh, floral and delicately fruity bouquet unfolds on the nose, with delicate notes of rose, wisteria and star anise, and aromas reminiscent of raspberry and maraschino cherry. This rosato from Umbria delights the palate with its fresh acidity, elegant mineral notes, fruity and smooth finish.

Vinification of the Brezza Umbria Rosato IGT Fattoria del Pometo by Lungarotti

This pleasing rosato is made predominantly from Sangiovese, which grows in the plain of the Fattoria del Pometo, one of the Lungarotti family's vineyards, on medium-heavy soils, making it particularly suitable for the production of rosés. The grapes are harvested manually. After a short maceration on the skins, the must is drawn off and fermented and matured at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
