The Mànnara Chardonnay Terre Siciliane is a first-class white wine in a glass. It offers a wonderfully bright, golden yellow color. In the middle, the tone changes to a charming greenish-yellow color. This single-varietal Italian wine presents wonderfully expressive notes of pineapple, plums, prunes and morello cherries in the glass. There are also hints of other fruits.

The balanced Chardonnay Terre Siciliane from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Chardonnay grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Sicily. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay, sand and marl. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once it has finished, the Chardonnay Terre Siciliane can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.

This Italian wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It goes perfectly with fruity endive salad, vegetable salad with beetroot or fried trout with ginger pear.
