This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Chardonnay. Only the best grapes were harvested for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Collezione Il Mio. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Chardonnay Terre Siciliane can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
