Vinification of the Custoza DOC from Vigneti Villabella
The vineyards are located on the moraine hills in the Custoza area. This is where the vines used for this elegant cuvée grow: Garganega 40%, Trebbiano Toscano 25%, Trebbianello 10% (according to the latest scientific research, a Sauvignon species that is extinct in France), Chardonnay 20% and Pinot Blanc 5%.
The grapes ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, and after bottling, the Custoza rests in the bottle for one more year before being released for sale.
