Vinification for the Lenz white wine cuvée

This white wine is made from the Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau and Goldmuskatteller grape varieties. The vines for this cuvée are rooted on the sunny hills of the Überetsch and Unterland regions.

The different grape varieties are fermented separately at a controlled temperature of 20° Celsius in stainless steel tanks.
