More information about Delicate Sweet White - Mosketto
The Delicate Sweet White from the Piedmont wine-growing region reveals itself in the glass in a brilliantly shimmering ruby red, platinum yellow. Poured into a sweet wine glass, this white wine from the Old World reveals wonderfully youthful aromas of mirabelle plum, apricot, vineyard peach and nectarine, rounded off with gingerbread spice, oriental spices and cocoa bean.
The light-footed Mosketto Delicate Sweet White reveals an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is of course due to its residual sweet taste profile. On the tongue, this light-footed sweet wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. The Delicate Sweet White is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its present fruit acidity. On the finish, this sweet wine from the Piedmont wine-growing region finally delights with good length. Once again, there are hints of apricot and nectarine.
Vinification of the Mosketto Delicate Sweet White
Brachetto and Moscatel grapes form the basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Delicate Sweet White cuvée from Mosketto. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Once the wine is finished, the Delicate Sweet White is carefully harmonized.
