The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful cuvée Der mit dem Rosé tanzt from Weingut Hammel is Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Sauvignon and Regent grapes. In the Palatinate, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on loess and clay soils. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and large wooden casks follows at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, Der mit dem Rosé tanzt can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
