Vinification of Feudo Arancio Tinchitè Rosato Terre Siciliane by Mezzacorona
This rosé is clearly focused on a single grape variety, namely Nero d'Avola. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Mezzacorona, only flawless grape material was harvested. After hand-picking, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house, where they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
