Vinification of Borgo Molino Vigne & Vini I Rosa Rosé

The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully balanced I Rosa Rosé cuvée from Borgo Molino Vigne & Vini are Cabernet Sauvignon and Raboso grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is matured for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
