The Insolia Terre Siciliane IGT from Cusumano presents itself in a wonderfully lemony yellow in the wine glass and unfolds the aromas of juicy and ripe yellow fruits with a refreshing citrus note, as well as subtle spicy notes of tarragon. On the palate, this white wine from Sicily is fruity and crisp, with a delicate melt.

Vinification for the Insolia Terre Siciliane IGT from Cusumano

The grapes for this wine are harvested by hand and then cold-pressed and undergo a first fermentation at a temperature of 8°Celsius for around 12 hours. The second fermentation on the lees takes place at a temperature of 18°-20°Celsius in steel tanks for at least 4 months.
