Vinification of Isidor 1.5 l Magnum by Vignaiolo Fanti

This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Incrocio Manzoni. Only first-class harvested grapes were used for this wonderfully powerful varietal wine from Vignaiolo Fanti. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before finally being bottled.
