This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Incrocio Manzoni. Only first-class grape material was harvested for this wonderfully powerful varietal wine from Mas Dei Chini. After hand-picking, the grapes reach the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden casks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the powerful Manzoni Bianco Theodor is aged for several months in oak barrels.
