Vinification of the Manzoni Bianco from Vignaiolo Fanti
This powerful white wine from Italy is organically produced from the Malvasia Bianca grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that yield the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. After hand-picking, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
