This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor profile. It was bottled with only 0.7 grams of residual sugar. As one would naturally expect from a wine in the high-quality range, this Italian, despite all its dryness, enchants with the finest balance. Flavor does not necessarily require residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this powerful red wine presents itself as wonderfully velvety. Thanks to the moderate acidity, the Montecucco Rosso Doc Rigoleto caresses the palate with a silky mouthfeel without lacking freshness. Vinification of the Colle Massari Montecucco Rosso Doc Rigoleto

The powerful Montecucco Rosso Doc Rigoleto from Italy is a cuvée, organically produced from the grape varieties Ciliegiolo, Montepulciano and Sangiovese. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the powerful Montecucco Rosso Doc Rigoleto is aged for a few months in oak barriques. After the wine is finished, the Montecucco Rosso Doc Rigoleto is gently harmonized.
