The finish of this youthful red wine from the Abruzzo wine-growing region is ultimately captivating with a lovely aftertaste.

Vinification of Osteria Montepulciano d'Abruzzo

The foundation for this balanced Montepulciano d'Abruzzo from Italy is grapes of the Montepulciano variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before finally being bottled.
