In the glass, the organically produced Rosso Marche from Moncaro’s hand displays a bright ruby red color. The first nose of the Rosso Marche presents nuances of blackcurrants and blackberries. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by chocolate.
On the palate, Moncaro’s Rosso Marche starts off wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and well-balanced. On the tongue, this harmonious red wine is characterized by an exceptionally silky texture. Thanks to its lively acidity, the Rosso Marche appears delightfully fresh and vibrant on the palate. The finish of this youthful red wine from the Marche wine-growing region ultimately impresses with a lovely aftertaste.
Vinification of the Rosso Marche by Moncaro
This balanced red wine from Italy is organically produced from the Montepulciano and Sangiovese grape varieties. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Rosso Marche can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
