The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Ohne viel TAMTAM Rotwein Pfalz QbA cuvée from Weingut Wageck is Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Mitos and Lemberger grapes. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the elegant Ohne viel TAMTAM Rotwein Pfalz QbA is matured for several months in oak barriques.
