Vinification of Fasoli Orgno Merlot Veronese IGT

The powerful Orgno Merlot Veronese IGT from Italy is a varietal wine, vegan vinified from the Merlot grape. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the powerful Orgno Merlot Veronese IGT is aged for several months in oak barriques. After the wine is finished, the Orgno Merlot Veronese IGT is gently harmonized.
