Vinification of Il Verro Pallagrello Nero
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Pallagrello Nero. For this wonderfully balanced, single-varietal wine from Il Verro, only flawless harvest grapes were used. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Campania. The vines have their roots deep in clay soils here. The grapes for this Italian red wine are harvested exclusively by hand when perfectly ripe. After harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the cellar. Here they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the Pallagrello Nero can further harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
