Vinification of the Prosecco Extra Dry from Vallis Mareni

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Prosecco Extra Dry cuvée from Vallis Mareni is Verdiso, Perera and Glera grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. Here the vines drive their roots deep into limestone soils. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently pressed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
