On the palate, the Raboso Spezièr from Tessère opens wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. Vinification of Tessère Raboso Spezièr
The balanced Raboso Spezièr from Italy is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Raboso grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into clay soils. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
