Vinification of Riesling di San Leonardo from San Leonardo

The well-balanced Riesling di San Leonardo from Italy is a varietal wine, vinified from the Rieslaner grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery immediately. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large wooden vats at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the elegant Riesling di San Leonardo is matured for another 12 months in French oak barrels.
