Here, the vines sink their roots deep into soils of sand and gravel. After being hand-picked, the grapes quickly reach the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by a maturation of 10 months in French oak barrels.
