Vinification of S'Elegas Nuragus di Cagliari DOC from Argiolas
This Sardinian white wine is made from 100% Nuragus, the indigenous grape variety. After the grapes are harvested, they are pressed very gently in pneumatic presses, naturally decanted at 14°C and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for around 18 days. Ageing also takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
