Vinification of Torre Rosazza Sauvignon Blanc

This white wine clearly emphasizes one grape variety, namely Sauvignon Blanc. Only the best grape harvest was used for this exceptionally well-balanced, varietally pure wine from Torre Rosazza. After harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the pressing house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is succeeded by a few months of aging on fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.

Serving recommendations for Torre Rosazza Sauvignon Blanc

This Italian white wine should be enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It pairs perfectly as an accompaniment to Thai cucumber salad, pasta with fried sausage meatballs, or vegetable stew with pesto.
