More information about Silei Bianco Toscana IGT - Terrescure
The elegant Silei Bianco Toscana, crafted by Terrescure, presents itself in the glass with a bright pale yellow hue. The bouquet of this white wine from Tuscany delights with notes of green apple. As we explore the aromatics further, hints of vanilla, boxwood, and minerals emerge.
The Terrescure Silei Bianco Toscana is pleasantly dry for the connoisseur. This white wine never feels coarse or sparse but rather rounded and smooth. The texture on the palate is wonderfully light, balanced, and silky. Thanks to its prominent fruit acidity, the Silei Bianco Toscana appears incredibly fresh and lively in the mouth. The finish impresses with a beautiful length, characteristic of this wine from Tuscany. Again, there are notes reminiscent of green apple.
Vinification of Terrescure Silei Bianco Toscana
The balanced Silei Bianco Toscana from Italy is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Vermentino. The grapes for this Italian white wine are harvested exclusively by hand once optimal ripeness is achieved. After harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the press house. Here, they are carefully sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine matures on the lees for several months before finally being bottled.
