Vinification of Endrizzi Teroldego Rosato
The basis for the balanced Teroldego Rosato from Italy is grapes from the Teroldego variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand and limestone. After the harvest, the grapes are brought immediately to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
