The balanced Terre di San Leonardo from Italy is a cuvée crafted from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, and Merlot. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately transferred to the winery. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
