Aroma does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced white wine presents itself as wonderfully crisp and fleshy. The finish of this white wine from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia winegrowing region finally captivates with a beautiful aftertaste.
Vinification of the Rado Kocjančič Vitovska Carso
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Vitovska. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Rado Kocjančič, only immaculate grape material was used. After hand harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Vitovska Carso can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
