Vinification of the Piffer Vulcanite
This sparkling wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Chardonnay. Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally well-balanced varietal wine from Piffer. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of volcanic rock. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently pressed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
