The elegant A Val Langhe Arneis from Paolo Conterno comes into the glass with a bright platinum yellow color and wonderfully expressive notes of peaches, violets and green apples. There are also hints of lime.

This white wine from Paolo Conterno is ideal for people who prefer to drink it bone dry. The A Val Langhe Arneis comes very close to this, as it was vinified with just 2.2 grams of residual sugar. This dense white wine is balanced and multi-layered on the palate. The A Val Langhe Arneis reveals itself to be exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its concise fruit acidity. Vinification of the Paolo Conterno A Val Langhe Arneis

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Arneis. Only first-class grapes were used for this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Paolo Conterno. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the A Val Langhe Arneis can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
