The Blanc de Blancs Brut from the wine-growing region of Piedmont presents itself in the glass with a brilliantly shimmering platinum yellow. The mousse of this sparkling wine shines in the glass with very fine bubbles and remarkable persistence. Vinification of Villa Sparina Blanc de Blancs Brut

This sparkling wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Cortese. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Villa Sparina. In Piedmont, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay and marl soils. Blanc de Blancs Brut is an Old World wine in the best sense of the term, as this Italian breathes an exceptional European charm that clearly underscores the success of wines from the Old World. When perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Blanc de Blancs Brut are harvested exclusively by hand, without the use of coarse, barely selective machines. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently pressed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines. After the cuvée has been assembled, further maturation takes place on the basis of traditional bottle fermentation. This is followed by 36 months of bottle aging.
