Vinification of the Stachlburg Baron Von Kripp Blauburgunder Val Venosta
This balanced red wine from Italy is organically vinified from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After hand-picking, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures follows. After the fermentation is complete, the elegant Blauburgunder Val Venosta is aged for several months in oak barriques.
