This rosé wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Bombino Nero. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Rivera. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Castel del Monte Bombino Nero Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
