Vinification of Chardonnay Giaiet by Stella

The powerful Chardonnay Giaiet from Italy is a single-varietal wine, pressed from the Chardonnay grape variety. In Piedmont, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand and limestone. After the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Chardonnay Giaiet can harmonize further for 12 months on the fine lees.

This white wine from Italy is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to vegetable stew with pesto, cabbage roulades or chickpea curry.
