The Chianti DOCG Marcialla from the Tuscany wine-growing region presents itself in the glass with a bright ruby red color. Poured into a red wine glass, this red wine from Italy reveals wonderfully refined aromas of blueberry, blackcurrant, mulberry and blackberry, rounded off by further fruity nuances.

This Italian wine delights with its elegantly dry taste profile. It was bottled with only 0.2 grams of residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and thus, despite all its dryness, this Italian enchants with the finest balance. Excellent flavor does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully silky. Thanks to its present acidity, the Chianti reveals itself on the palate as wonderfully fresh and lively. The finish of this youthful red wine from the Tuscany wine-growing region, more precisely from Chianti DOCG, is ultimately distinguished by a lovely aftertaste.

Vinification of the Chianti DOCG from Podere di Marcialla

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Chianti cuvée from Marcialla is Canaiolo, Colorino and Sangiovese grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally racked. After the wine has been completed, the Chianti is gently harmonized.
