The Ca dei Frati Lugana is the pride of the winery and is vinified from the local grape variety Turbiana (Trebbiano).

In the glass, this wine from the Cà dei Frati estate shines in a clear straw yellow with golden highlights. The bouquet is wonderfully multifaceted – in its youth, the nose of the Ca dei Frati Lugana is pampered with fine notes of white flowers, juicy apricots, and almonds. If this Italian white wine is given time, mineral and spicy nuances as well as caramelized aromas come into play. On the palate, the Ca dei Frati Lugana is delightfully full-bodied, with a vibrant and exuberant acidity. The spicy essence is perfectly integrated into the linear, mineral, and elegant body.

After careful harvesting of the grapes, they are immediately brought to the Cà dei Frati winery. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks and is left on the fine lees for at least 6 months (sur lie aging). Finally, this wine matures for another 2 months in the bottle.
