In the glass, this white wine from La Frassina presents aromas of ripe apple, pear and acacia, complemented by minerals. La Frassina Lison delights with its elegantly dry flavor profile. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and thus, despite all its dryness, this Italian charmer captivates with the finest balance. Excellent flavor does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. Balanced and multi-faceted, this crisp and fleshy white wine presents itself on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the Veneto wine-growing region finally thrills with beautiful length. Hints of pear and ripe apple appear once again.
Vinification of La Frassina Lison
This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Friulano grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Lison can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 7 months.
